L'Étoile du Temps (The Star of Time)

In the heart of Paris, nestled between its grand boulevards and the Seine River and bathed in a Parisian sun, stands the legendary Maison Boucheron, a haven of luxury since its establishment in 1858.

Legend has it that Frédéric Boucheron chose 26 Place Vendôme; where Boucheron remains to this day, because it was the sunniest corner of the square. He believed that the diamonds in the windows would sparkle all the more brilliantly.

Deep within Boucheron's archives, yellowed pages speak of a rare timepiece; hand crafted with painstaking precision, its faces adorned with the brilliance of diamonds. The watch, known as "L'Étoile du Temps," was said to possess mystical powers, capable of unlocking secrets untold.

It is said that the watch was inspired by a celestial encounter during a midnight stroll along the Pont des Arts and on special order from a great jeweller for the royal family of Saudi Arabia. He claimed to have glimpsed a shooting star and wanted its fleeting beauty encapsulated within the ethereal design of the timepiece.

Through the years that passed, L'Etoile du Temps adorned this royal wrist, its majesty captivating all who beheld it.

Today, this rarest of all Boucherons resides in our private collection where it remains a testament to the union of art and horology, a timeless reminder that some watches are meant to transcend the bounds of time itself.
